Another thank you!

This is a really quick post to share a card I whipped up for a co-worker. She needed a thank you for her son's hockey coach. I tried really hard to make it masculine, but man is that hard. I figured the plaid, the black, no bows or flowers, but it still feels kinda feminine. Maybe it's the image on the circle!

What do you think? She said she liked it of course but I'm not convinced. :D

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I'm on my last night shift for the weekend. Yay!!!!

  1. The image on the circle isn't too feminine. At first glance I thought it was a snowflake which I thought made sense for a hockey coach. :) The plaid and the brown button are perfect for a guy. Hope that last night shift is a smooth one. :)

  2. I don't think it's the least bit feminine. The plaid and wood button are perfect for a masculine card, and the overall design is really well balanced. I think medallions work well for men or women, and it certainly looks fabulous here!

  7. I think you made a great masculine card Kasia! I love the manly feel with the button and the plaid, and I think the motif isn't feminine - to me it feels more geometric, or medallion like even. Ideal for a guy card ;)

  10. Very manly -- hockey-manly, even. Love the button-ribbon-plaid combo, and that image behind the sentiment is definitely more stylized snowflake than anything girly :)

(PS: glad your bout was slippery but fine! I've had a couple sessions of nso training and am waiting for the next to be scheduled. I love to skate, but I haven't been a skater, if you kwim!)
