Happy Tuesday!
I must appologize to you because as I was typing this up, getting it all ready to post (for tomorrow!) I realized that today is Tuesday!!
Oops.
Moving on.....
Arielle has a super yummy colour combo for your inspiration this week.
The cookies look yummy too don't they?
Here's my take on this week's colours
I was inspired to do the background by a card I had seen somewhere, likely Pinterest, but i honestly can't remember. LOL!
I struggled for a while with the focal image, and finally liked the look of the label die, and this tag image from the PTI love tags set.
Head on over to the ColourQ blog to be inspired by Arielle and the rest of the design team, then go get your craft on!
I have a couple more Valentine's cards left to show you from my little streak of mojo enhanced crafty time. One of them showcases my new addiction to the art of bokeh!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great week. :)
I love the background! The card is super cute!
ReplyDeleteLove the funky background and sweet tag!
ReplyDeleteWhat a darling card! It has a CAS feel but so bright and cheery! Did you create that background from a single line of stitching stamp? It looks great!
ReplyDeleteGirl this is really cute! I like how you created the background and your tag. You are right, those cookies look yummy!!!
ReplyDeleteYour card is gorgeous! Did you make your own background ?

ReplyDelete@ Cyndi, Marybeth and Angie,
ReplyDeleteI did create my own background with a double stitch border stamp. I can't for the life of me remember who it's my though!
Such a cutie card Kasia! Love the stripe background stamping!
ReplyDeleteI love the background of your card and the focal point is perfect, so fun.
ReplyDeleteI can see why you were inspired by that background Kasia - it's fabulous! The tag with the ribbon loop and the offset button finishes the card beautifully.
ReplyDeleteSuper Cute Card :)
ReplyDeleteThat background for this card is so cute! Love the uneven lines! Your focal point is great! I love all the layering!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool background -- I've seen something similar done with a pattern-tracing wheel, but man, a stamp sure looks a lot easier :) Love these colors.
