Today is super exciting because this is my very first post as the Paper Smooches April Guest Designer!
Unfortunate circumstances (Canada Post and living in a still-under-construction-community!) led to my not having the April stamps in time to create a card for you. So to make up for it, I made a couple using the incredible "older" stamps. ;)
Unfortunate circumstances (Canada Post and living in a still-under-construction-community!) led to my not having the April stamps in time to create a card for you. So to make up for it, I made a couple using the incredible "older" stamps. ;)
The one above was created using two flowers from the "friendly flowers" set. I stamped the larger flower multiple times in white ink then came back and stamped the smaller one in the center. I felt it still needed a little something so I added a little bling. Then I used both sentiments from the same set, colouring them in with a copic that matched the PTI raspberry fizz cardstock. It still looked a little naked, so I added even more bling. :)
The second card was made using the plaid heart from "falling for you" and the smaller heart from "vegtastic".
The felt squares are PTI felt in melon berry, terracotta tile and orange zest, die cut with the PTI postage stamp die. I paper pieced the hearts using a striped paper from the Basic Grey "max & whiskers" collection and scraps left over from my background on this monster card.
I stamped the happy & birthday from "birthday buddies".
Thanks so much for stopping by!
These are so sweet!!!!!
